Come down to the 2nd floor to enjoy the pool and hot tub or reserve the media room for the next big fight! The first floor library has also been improved and features a desk and great collection of books donated by residents of the building.
Look for improving opportunities as the Regatta takes over the developer's space on the east and north sides of the building at the beginning of 2012 and turns then into multi-purpose use facilities for residents.
