We are pleased to announce that we have officially launched a new dedicated community web site for all residents of Regatta Condominium supported and designed by Concierge Plus.
This easy-to-use platform was designed to make the process of condo life easier by keeping all resident related tasks and tools in one online place. With your dedicated secure account, you’ll be able to easily make service requests, book amenities, provide entry instructions, and receive notifications when your packages arrive any many more conveniences!
Currently the new platform is being back up with information from the previous web site host. At the beginning of next week you will be receiving an e-mail from the new host, Concierge Plus, with your new user name and password for the web site. If you do not receive e-mail from Concierge Plus by Thursday February, 14th, 2013 you can “request an account” by going to the home page of www.regattachicago.com.
Your community web site is our way of keeping in touch with you. It’s also our way of keeping on top of your service requests, maintenance needs, and amenity bookings. All important announcements and notifications from management will be directed through your community web site and distributed via email.
In the next week management and Concierge Plus will work on further development of the web site and will be adding additional futures to it. No more wasteful paper or mixed messages! Everything is managed online and accessible to you, from anywhere at any time. For your convenience an I-pod will be installed at the Front Desk and you will be able to take care of your requests in the Regatta’s lobby.
You’ll also be able to talk directly to management! Announcements from management will keep you in the loop. If your unit requires maintenance, you can click on Service Requests. The Media Library showcases images and important community documents. Parcel Delivery Notification sends an automated email when deliveries have arrived. The Amenity Booking function allows for fast and easy booking requests. All of these functions relate to your community and have been organized and updated by management to help make your life easier! We’re so excited about our new community web site and look forward to hearing your feedback.
